The dynamic brake resistor of the WAP4 was inside the cabin when it was intially made, then later the resitors where shifted to the top of the loco and these locos whose dynamic brake resistor where shifted to the top where called WAP4E. Later they shifted DBR of all the locos to the top and this class was abolished as all the WAP4s have thier DBR on its top. - Google 😁😁

Double Decker trains already introduced 50 years back in S. Rlys. After express train services and experienced a failure one they converted Non AC Passenger rake and introduced as Passengers spl between QLN &TVC later after 2 years Scrapped

Brindavan Express was operated with double decker express from Chennai to Bangalore during 80s, in fact it was the first double decker express of south. Later it was replaced with normal coaches

WAP4 E- W:-Wide gauge (broad gauge ),A:-AC Current (Alternate Current ),P:-Passenger (Passenger traffic ) ,4:-series 4 (4th generation )E :- Extended Range.. Locomotive. These Locomotives wer produced by Chittaranjan Locomotive works in west Bengal from 1993 to 2015 in total 778 to 780 units wer produced and wer distributed to different locomotive sheds across country wap4 was replacement of wap1 .Wap4 can run upto 140 Kmph With LHB coaches and 110 kmph with ICF coaches they use Co-Co bogies...and one of the most reliable And fast Locomotives of 90's and 2000's basically father of WAP7 and WAP5 ...

Bro. The loco belongs to Watwa shed in Gujarat. It is,written in hindi in the loco itself. WAP4E is one of the variants in WAP 4 series. Only few locos of this kind was manufactured.
