@flyingnut3752

It is not hard to be a pilot, if you have enough coordination to ride a bicycle, loves basic math and science, you can learn to fly an aeroplane. You must keep in mind, he is flying an advanced turbo prop in busy airspace. When you start flying, you will be in a 2 seat piston with very simple instruments and controls. From there on you gain experience and as you become more familiar with aviation you will be ready to upgrade to larger and faster aircraft and busier airspace, you have to crawl before you walk. What keeps you alive though, depends on how you approach aviation, your attitude and personality. You also need to be medical fit.

Don't remember what it's called, but the passengers can push it and it will do all that is required to land you at the closest airport, it will even do radio calls for you. Unbelievable and Outstanding!!

Hey Steveo, I’m not a pilot but I’m a huge fan of aviation. A few weeks ago we were at a wedding in Camarillo California. The wife and I decided to have breakfast at the Camarillo airport and watch the plans come and go. As luck would have it, the airport was socked in with fog. No traffic whatsoever ever. All of a sudden, just above the runway a TBM breaks out and lands! What a sight. The plane pulled right up to the little cafe. I had no idea those TBM’s were so loud! The pilot shut her down and ran into a little office next to the restaurant. Within 5 minutes the pilot returned carrying a large pizza! He jumped in and away they went. The entire cafe loved watching him pull up and leave. I thought about asking him if I could start her up. After staying in a Holiday Inn that night and watching all your videos, I felt I could pull it off. Alas I thought better of that. Keep up the good work!

It's amazing how far we've come since 1903.

I would say 1906 because thst was the first flight to be properly registered and witnessed, but yeah, specially if you think how we havent invented anythung new since the 40s, what we have now its just a refinement of that same tech.

It's even more amazing when you use the SR-71 for reference. That makes the advances in the past 60 years seem mundane by comparison.

Seeing this in action is amazing! I fly it on MSFS 2020...probably as close as I'll get to flying one🤣

That looks like a legit twenty first century plane. Still seems like a lot to monitor and do in order to fly like flying always is but cool looking with more touch screens and cool controls. Forget engines and performance I want it to look glossy and advanced!

That's amazing, once you load the Flight plans, 1 button to start up and another to shutdown, the plane does the rest. Maybe the next stage is automated comms to tower and ATC.

Thats a bad idea, not because it wouldnt be better but because it eliminates requirements of competence and awareness for the pilot.

The whole presentation of the 940 is awesome. The 3000 is impressive. The pilot door rocks! You handled it well, Steveo. Wayman made you look as exceptional a pilot as you truly are.
