I just flew Auckland to Vancouver last week on Air Canada and the difference in service is astounding. Air Canada does not even compare to the level of inflight service. If I had known better I would have booked with Air New Zealand. Will book Air NZ next time 😊

Have crossed the Pacific Ocean 7 times since 2013.. mostly with Air New Zealand.. never had an issue, always enjoyed the flights... already booked again in August. Normally they have a self-service area overnight with Water , OJ, Soda's, Chips , Pringles ,etc.. i find that odd ..!

The flight looks comfortable and food is great! But more importantly? Free wifi! It's a MUST on flights this long, when was this? 😀

What sort of things could you do using WiFi? I imagine bandwidth is limited. Play some basic games on your phone? KZbin?

@@shameelkumar8332 To my surprise it was fairly good actually. I could send texts and photos on WhatsApp, listen to Spotify music, and watch KZbin videos as well. I didn’t attempt any games or Netflix style service. Though small games or apps such as duolingo should not be a problem. It did take 5-10 seconds for a 5 minute video to load such that it could be played but overall it was still pleasing to use.

@@vyomps That's pretty good indeed! Thanks for that info. We're flying AirNZ with 3 kids in a few months. Knowing some games and KZbin is possible is a.m.a.z.i.n.g!
