This vlog got me to tears... Specially the part when you were in the restaurant with live music... My grandpa's dream was to visit Cuba but he never got the opportunity so when I showed him the video he was so happy! I will one day go to Cuba and make his dream come true in his honor! I love Cuba. I am from Toronto Canada so it is A LOT easier of a travel process. One direct 3 hour flight. Havana is beautiful. The people are absolutely amazing. I have been to Cuba at least 12 times and I am looking forward to seeing the rest of your vlogs from the trip.

LifeOfMikey I am not 100% sure how you would go about getting to Cuba... I know the states is in the process of making it easier for you. There are a lot of Americans that will fly via Toronto to Cuba. Cuba doesn't stamp your passport so you won't have to worry about that being there. The Visa I believe you get on the plane flying from Canada. but I would just inquire about that with the flight company you would fly with out of Canada to Cuba or Mexico as Louis did.

I love how much love Louis gets, he's gone for a week and people are so excited about him back. The other youtubers I watch along side Louis for instance KSI upload about one time a week or even sometimes a month and people consistently hate on him for that but not Louis 😊

Cuba is my home. I really recommend you guys going there. You will not regret it. I am 99 percent sure you will love it. It is a beautiful place. I miss it a lot. We are trying to go visit the family this summer and I'm super excited!! 😁

An old man I've served at work (I'm a waitress) brought in his old passport from 1985-1995 and throughout that time he went to 90 countries(: he said his favorites were Australia/New Zealand and his last favorite was India. I asked him if he spoke any other language than English and he said no, the only thing he learned to say in every language was "Thank You"

I was born and lived in Cuba for 6 years and the 2nd best place in Cuba to visit is viñales cuba. It's like an hour away from Havana. GORGEOUS scenery!

So glad you could share a bit of the wonderful culture of Habana Louis. I haven't been in years I'm dying to go back. Such a shame the embargo is frozen, it's a beautiful country and they would love to have a little U.S.American stimulation down there. For those of you asking questions about cars or the embargo, you should really do some research. Cuba is a lovely place, don't judge it on its political history. The people need a lot of help they aren't getting from the government. It's awesome Louis could capture some of the day to day ambience and share it with those who cannot travel there right now.

My old college contacted me 2 months ago, they have a program to send a select few to Cuba for a couple of weeks as part of an exchange program through the State Department. Sadly, I can't go, I'm expecting my first baby exactly when the trip is scheduled. It would be amazing to get to Cuba before it all the Western chain stores get in there and make like every other place.

You must go to the chocolate museum! It's more of a cafe really but it's beautiful. They serve a traditional hot chocolate as well as a cold one. Nothing more refreshing on a hot day! It's in a little street off plaza vieja :)

I dont know if you know anything about the trade embargo cuba has with the US but you should explain to your viewers thats why you see all the 50s cars! Cuba is amazing! I spent 2 weeks in Cayo Coco, one of the more touristy "relaxing vacay" areas and sadly we weren't able to get onto the mainland and to Havana, but I dream of returning to visit the city! The internet is pretty much non-existent in Cuba however, as you've found haha! Many people tend to compare Cuba and the Dominican Republic in terms of holiday destinations, and I do have to say I prefer the DR. Have you been Louis? I think you'd love it. I've been to Punta Cana twice, the most recent time being last summer and I actually ventured outside of the resort (which people always needlessly discourage you from doing of course) but I'll always say that I felt so safe, respected, and looked after in the locals bars I visited! Me and my friend were the only non-locals there, but were treated so well. The Dominican people are an amazing bunch. If you haven't been, PLEASE do so soon! I'd love to see some FunForLouis DR vlogs!!!! And don't miss taking a 'motoconcho' ride ;)

The food in CUBA is meant to be terrible due to the restrictions put on private restaurants, some foods are still so expensive or rare, that when my mate was there they used tourist buses to smuggle things like oranges in to avoid paying tax on them.
