Oh it is so nice!! Just came back from Marrakech and loved it! If you can, check out La Pause Marrakech, it is 50 minutes out of town, in the desert. A restaurant oasis run without electricity! It is gorgeous!!!

I love how everyone in Morrocco is like wandering around late and having fun throughout the city.... its like very different from any american lifestyle ... americans are in bed by 9 oclock and their babies are asleep even before that.. I was there in 1976 and it still looks like nothing has changed, the streets are the same. I thought it was quite a culture shock for me, I was 16 and really had only travelled to Italy and the UK before that trip, I got really sick while I was there, I found it hard at the time to find anything I liked to eat. I'm sure now that I have travelled more and experienced more I would love it.
