Nick, you might never read this but here goes. I have had allergies since i was probably 18. Every 5 to 7 days i would get one, anything would trigger them, change in temperature, cold, dust, cigarette smell, pollen, u name it. If i didn't take a specific anti-histamine, it would take at least 24 hours to go away with a different one if the latter wasn't available. This year, I decided to lose some weight. For reference, i was 192 pounds. After the second month, it dropped down to 180. From then, i got not weekly, but monthly allergies. I am now into my 4th month of going to the gym and eating properly, and i am down to 168. I haven't had an episode in 2 months. Now, i'm not saying it will necessarily work in your case, but it might. It feels a lot better to not have to worry about cleaning for example.
