I visited chitrakoot waterfalls last year in the month of jan. And i also noticed that there is lack of cleanliness is also there apart from the developement thing... I saw that alot of plastic(wrappers, waterbottles etc) are there near the waterfalls and mountains... I think govt and locals must focus on these issues for the betterment of this natures beauty and the state!

Sir you missed a lot of things: Tirathgarh waterfall(which is nearby chitrakoot waterfall), danteshwari mandir(temple of bastar ki maai danteshwari maa) ,dholkal Trek, and in barsur there is a homestay where you can experience the lifestyle of bastar, the local food, local market and many other things. I think you should come again , you can come to jagdalpur in dassehra, "bastar dassehra" is one of the biggest dassehra celebration in india which is celebrated for 75 days😊 Lots of love from bastar(chhattisgarh)
