Quick question. I’m still trying to get my head around private investment. Is there a way to sell off government buildings? Running a deficit gives me hives

Yes the buildings you own can be set to enable privatization. Then the investors can buy it from you. But there is no option to sell immediately. You need to wait until some financial district or manor house is going to buy your building. Then the money will go from the investment pool to your treasury.
