I Love the Beautiful scenery! I know every KZbin fishing channel can add it in but yours was waay more Beautiful scenery on that Beautiful Island. And it’s hard to find videos on this PENN Rampage Spinning Rod! I like it cause it ain’t as brittle as graphite rods, I’ve snapped 3 graphite rods from casting hard, fiberglass rods work better for me cause of their flexibility when I cast hard. It’s nice to see what my future fiberglass fishing rod can handle. Thank You for this Beautiful video!

Hi, awesome channel bro! May I just ask what the braid line tests of your Rampage Jigging Rod and your Ugly Stik Jigging Rod? Which one is better? Thank you so much!
@felixvargas4112 Жыл бұрын
What do you like better, the ugly stik tiger lite, or the Penn rampage? I just want your opinion. Because I see that u have both..
@FlyingFish_TV Жыл бұрын
Rampage had better action, but the ugly stick seemed indestructible. I have since switched all of my rods up to Shimano trevala jigging rods.

@RoddyRizz4 жыл бұрын
What size reel do you use? I am looking to purchase my first one for bridge, inshore, and some boat fishing down here in Miami. I was actually looking at a PENN 6000, but not sure if I should just get the 5000.

Between the Penn Rampage and the Ugly Stick E Lite, which one would you say is more equipped to handle bigger Tuna?
@FlyingFish_TV3 жыл бұрын
Ugly stik might be unbreakable. Rampage is really durable too, but the fight is a lot more fun. Rampage can be used for jigging and live baiting. Caught lots of wahoo and yellowfin on both rods. Mostly 20-30lbers. I liked the rampage more, but I’m building my own rods now

Hello and greetings from Germany. You make really great videos and my yak fever has started 😎. Actually I try to find out what kind of kayak is the right for me. Please let me ask you two questions. Why hobie and not native? Why the Revolution 13 and not the Outback? Best wishes from Fehmarn Island in Germany 🇩🇪 🎣🦈

penn rampage or ugly tiger for jigging? which is best for say small tuna etc?
@FlyingFish_TV4 жыл бұрын
I don’t have much expierence jigging, but I use a penn rampage. If you were to use the ugly stik jigging rod you would need a heavier jig to get the full action of the rod.

What rod strength u prefer for the jigs- the penn medium or medium-hard?

I like the medium action rod, but it depends on the weight of jigs and the depth your fishing. P

What rod do you like better the penn or ugly stik?
@FlyingFish_TV3 жыл бұрын
I liked the penn rampage more. More flex in the rod made fighting fish more exciting. Ugly stiks are bullet proof though. Both cheap rods, I am building my own rods now.

hey bro how do you determine how fast your vertical jig drops?
@FlyingFish_TV4 жыл бұрын
Time it takes to hit the bottom divided by the depth I guess.
@stevenfaisst27424 жыл бұрын
Flying Fish TV lol that’s not what I was trying to ask. What I’m trying to ask is many feet per second do you let your jig drop?
@FlyingFish_TV4 жыл бұрын
Dude, I just open my bail or take my conventional reel completely out of gear. I have been using 100-200g jigs lately. I don’t try to slow the jig down in the fall. Some more advanced guys play with the fall speed too. I’m not there yet

What is the essential thing or nuance to your fishing that enabled you to catch more Ono?
@FlyingFish_TV4 жыл бұрын
Live bait on 40lb coffee colored wire with a stinger. Find a buoy or a floating piece of debris and let 50-80ft of line out. Stay on top of your bait. In the winter they are in shallower more around 100ft. 240ft is a always good depth too.

GT is not good for food????But very nice for C&R-BRAVOOOOOOOO !!!!
@FlyingFish_TV4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes I will keep a small one under 10lbs however, predominantly I release GT. If possible I try to take pelagic species that grow rapidly and have a small risk of ciguatera.
