Aardappels rooien | Loading & Harvesting potatoes | Modern Agricultural Equipment & Machinery

Aardappels rooien en afland laden. Het rooien gebeurde door Loonbedrijf Lokers uit Zevenbergen met één van hun Dewulf Kwatro rooiers. Het laden in de vrachtwagens gebeurde met de Hack Overload, een zelfrijdende overlaadwagen ontwikkeld en gebouwd door Loonbedrijf Hack uit Kruisland om het afland laden makkelijker en efficiënter te maken. Verder beschikt de hooglosser over een Ploeger reinigingsset voor het schoon afleveren van het product.

Why not just drive the truck into the field and drive right beside the harvester and unload on the go? Quicker and cheaper in my eyes

Trucks on fields are a full of shit for compaction of the soil. Bigger tyres with low preasure keeps the ground healthy and more productiv over decades.

@@bluemlein3475 they must do things over there different to how they do it here then, cause over here once the field is picked they run a disc and packer over it and then plant fall rye or winter wheat in it so compaction really isn’t an issue for us

Its also used by the contractor for loading other products than potatoes , so i guess its still affordable 👍🏻

En 1990 une grime ou AVR DL 1500 Ou TT23 était capable de rouler à 8 km/h en avec vos machines modernes vous faites quoi? Une machine de 1990 était capable de sortir un 18tonne avec de la terre toute les bricoles en 10 minutes avec un 1056.

For that you have to stop harvesting and drive the harvester to the roadside each time he's full. Lot of standstill time, lot of time not harvesting. How do you imagine that to be faster than unloading on the go?

@@lepaul26 yet never has to move from crop to trailer and therefore saving time. Also there’s a Ploeger / OXBO crop cleaning system on this machine, which was the main reason for purchasing / building this machine.
