4:00 guy comes running out of nowhere with a big boy extinguisher RUNNING down the track and gets fire out. Absolute LEGEND that guy is. This is what I’m talking about, great job. Any of these big horsepower race cars go into the wall nose first need to get to them fast. Most are on alcohol so fire can’t be seen until other stuff is burning. Treat every wreck like it’s a fire. Get the driver first put fire out. Shut power off, get driver and put fire out in that order.

The safety crew on the first crew was horrible. The second guy stood there clueless as he couldn't figure out how to use the fire extinguisher. What a joke. Maybe if they had competent personel using REAL fire extinuishers they could have put that fire out in about 30 seconds. Third crash at 4:38 the driver was trapped in the car because the driver's door was against the wall...I can't imagine the panic being trapped in there while it's on fire. These safety crews really need to step up their game! Did they learn NOTHING from Murillo's crash Norwalk??? Had it not been for Big Country pulling him out, he may have burned to death....it took A FULL MINUTE for rescue to respond....UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I am a drag bike racer, but too old now.. so my 2 cents worth... maybe putting 5 gallons of flammable liquid in the extreme front of a car in front of a hot engine AINT A GOOD IDEA YA THINK?

I agree but I think they have problems in the pro mods getting the fuel pulled with the g force up to the moter from the back of the car

​@Ethanx-bi1ur not only this but it puts the tank as it's furthest spot from the driver so if it does end up going up in flames it's either as far forward or as far backwards as it can be.

If i remember right he walked away ,yes the throttle stuck and there was trees at the end of the track so he swerved , I think Reese brothers race cars built that , beautiful car too

Ok WTF, who is running safety at the very first clip at first track. Those dudes rolled up to a huge fire with a 20oz extinguisher are you fricking serious. Guy got out of the truck went to the back grabbed a Toys R Us extinguisher and shot it at the top of the flame. Track owners PAY YOUR EFFING SAFETY PEOPLE. No volunteers. If they want to volunteer they need to be trained firefighters or volunteer firefighters. Two guys with adult extinguishers could have had that fire out in 30sec to 1min. One trained person could have it out in 2mins. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve seen dozens of these car fires at tracks where cars have burned to nothing because 6 safety people pull up and one has a clue the rest do F&$k ALL stand around. Track owners someone is gonna die and it’s on you. Don’t anyone say driver pull fire system. They might be unconscious. Please I beg you spend the money on safety crew. You are gonna take a 10grand hit but there are 5 to 10k people at these big money races buying food and beer paying for parking and tickets. Don’t be greedy have more events or make your events awesome so you make money because people want to be there. People watch someone burn nobody drivers or spectators will be going. Please, thank you

I can’t stand South Georgia Motorsport Park events. The surface is great but the No Time and No Prep events are a damn rap concert, casino, dive bar and a shit show rolled into a sorta drag race.
