Love Kristen! I do miss Tracey, but respect her choice to move onto other things in her life. But Kristen, you bring a different presence to the band. Chick, go hard, then harder! You have the voice for it. This is a new opportunity for Flyleaf to advance their sound to all new levels. Keep up the good work and look forward to watching the band move forward on the music charts. I'm rooting for you.

Fabian R what, its not powerful at all, its rather just a high pitch, any female singer should easily be able to nail such stuff. Shes not bad at all, but it doesn't make sense how everyone seems to say she has a powerful voice :/. Im not hating, just saying my opinion here :D

I have to say, Kristen puts on what she records in the studio. Lacey could never preform live well, Kristens got that down

The main difference that they have is the screaming thing that Lacey did in which they got really popular BUT KRISTEN MAY did all the adjustments just to be accepted. In my opinion, FLYLEAF's NEW SINGER did the new horizon for this band. THEY STILL SOUND AWESOME! Don't bash her, she memorized all the lyrics, can scream now, maybe not too well but still she adjusted and now she did. GOOD in doing live. What people should see is HER, not LACEY anymore. If you want Lacey, she released singles now that you could listen to. Loved them both though, it's just that... it hurts to see that this girl is bashed even if she shouldn't be. SHE is so good too, made past better and getting ways too better. RESPECT PEOPLE. People come and go. Haha. Just saying. #FLYLEAF fan

Lacey hurt her vocal cords screaming so much. Kristen is a trained singer. I like them both, but as a musician myself, I have to say that Kristen is the better singer.

Toy Factory Your opinion is ignorant and you are not giving a good singer the respect she deserves. I love and miss Lacey Sturm... hell I remember when she use to go by Mosley. But Kristen is an amazing singer and It is not her fault that Lacey wanted to leave flyleaf.

she's good, love her and the new sound she brings to the band BUT... her voice sounds too folky live. Lacey was a powerhouse, pulling off screams, and has a fuller voice. Kristen's voice is so retained it sounds almost folk-ish or country. just my opinion

They should rename the band, as she doesn't sound at all like Lacey, it sounds like a whole new band and doesn't do this singer or Lacey any good really. It's just going to draw unfair comparison for both amazing singers.
