White 5 gallon buckets and lids can be found at your local Walmart, Home Depot, or even Winco Foods. We weren't able to find white lids in town here so I didn't use lids and I think these still worked out great!

I put the lights on the inside of the lid. That way you can use the bucket for a cooler or trash/other items

yeah, i'd say depending on how cheap you're able to get the materials - $15-$20 is good. It's not a lot of work
