@@leopoldvonwinterfeld5801I love Dana’s perfect objective view of how comedy works. He tell us how the sketch is working with such an objective perspective. And David Spade is the master of any moment because he knows just the funniest thing ever to say in any instance.

I stay watching for new episodes from these awesome gents. Been a fan of SNL for many decades. David Spade had me cracking up on this one. Thank you so much for these interviews. It's nostalgia at its finest!

Spade and Carvey is a good team. Spade knows he makes it by the power of trying whereas Carvey secretly knows he has magic. They should bash SNL more. Modern SNL is slipping towards some almost China level propaganda pieces like Fallon does. Colbert was epic until he sold out. Why would an epic person sell out. Balushi wouldn't say the word "Trump" for a laugh without pulling out a Samari sword. Modern comedy is determined by algorithm.

I'm so glad everybody is into Norm stories. "Past greats" seems to be central to most actual greats, like how Chinese worship their ancestors. I'd rather watch a Norm delivery for the 50th time than watch a "modern comedian" prompt for laughs. F the future because it turned out just like we predicted. There's an actual line in a stupid Ayn Rand book where she says "The laughter the horrible laughter" like Dr Eve.
