As I watch this series of videos on the G7P again, I have also been really impressed with the receivers that Flysky has produced for this transmitter. Nice wide range of them. Thank you so much for another great video. You made it look so easy to program a dual ESC mix for a moa. Now my thoughts are going crazy about the possibility of putting the front or rear dig (brake) function on the 3 position switch (SW3). I'm really liking what you show the G7P can do so far. So I've been going back through your videos on it again. Thanks again! 👍

You could set it up however you like as it's all assignable :)

Any drawbacks to running a similar setup with 2 esc's, but both in parallel from a single battery? Thanks.

No you should be able to run 2 esc's from the same battery fine just make sure you don't have both of the + cables connected to the receiver they don't like it and sometimes refuse to power on if they are both connected.

@@WTFRCCars Thank you. Something else I thought of... on an esc like the hobbywing 1080 g2, which has a realtime adjustable drag brake.... how would that work when 2 esc's are connected together? For crawling it would be really neat to have the drag brake assigned to a knob on the transmitter, but could this still work with 2 esc's in parallel? Thanks :)

@specializedbighitfsr yeh you can have the drag break channel in a Y lead so both work together or have it on separate channels as you have 7ch in the G7P so should have enough

Aloha 🤙 I'm using the G7P to run dual 1080 controllers, but only the CH 2 esc goes into reverse. What do I need to do, so I can get the CH 3 esc to reverse? Mahalo 🤙

On the other 1080 you have the small plastic black tabs in the wrong position so it has reverse disabled :)

@@WTFRCCars I'm using the 1080 g2. I tried plugging in the other 1080 in channel 3 and it does the same thing. The G7p is also new to me , so I could have a setting wrong.

I see, you likely have the mixing wrong I'd guess but very hard to tell without having the radio to hand

G7p. Im running duel 1080esc and my rear does pull in slow crawling unless i give more throttle

Check with the settings on both ESC that the dead zone is set the same :)
