I don’t have the time. But, I always watch youth league games for my team. For first-team promotion options AND scouting the other team. Found some real hidden gems trough this method. Not players with very high PA; but players I need for specific roles. Great way to make it realistic.

Not quite wrong team sheet. But I once in a must win Europa league fixture made my final substitution and accidently subbed the goalkeeper off for joe gomez whilst 3 nil down. I somehow both didn't concede a goal and won 4-3, with Gomez saving a 95th minute penalty. He still didn't score however.

I've seen two boards more stupid in Zealand content. The first was in the original Zealand memes video where somebody was managing West Ham and as a joke asked the board to buy the stadium, they did, which put the club over $1 billion in debt and going into administration. The second was in a SYS video where one of Z's mods (JLAB) won the Belgian league, so he'd qualified for the UCL Group Stage, and the board promptly sold the club's training facilities to deal with a rather small amount of debt. Z told him to resign.

I was in 3rd division Portugal when my board decided to replace the 22500 seater Estadio Alfredo da Silva because it was in poor condition with a 1,781 seater stadium and now we sell out every game in Liga Portugal, but I don’t know how we are allowed to play in it. Fabril do Barriero. Estadio Alfredo da Silva is doing well in real life but Fabril only brings 500-700 in the 4th tier which is good

Often times there are minimum requirements for stadiums in higher leagues, and boards are forced to build new stadiums. So if you get promoted with a small team, suddenly you have to have a bigger stadium. I got a 10.000-seater when my average attendance was about 200-250. And as a semi-proffesional team that. The game knows it and as such the local government often pays for almost all of it. That's my experience anyway
