Great playthrough 👍 I was reminded of R-Type and Image Fight as I was watching. While it doesn't seem as difficult, the enemy ship designs and level designs felt reminiscent. Great music too! And I didn't know that other versions of Rayxanber were different, like the PC engine version.

@@danmakuman Hi Danmakuman! I see your comments on many twitter pages and on other youtube videos. I found out about the sequels to Rayxanber not too long after I commented this video. Thanks for replying.
It looks and sounds similar to Konami's Thunder Cross series!

It's interesting how big of a difference a much larger color palette and more memory can make to a game. This looks significantly superior to Rayxander II & III on the PC-Engine! The backgrounds are more varied and the sprites more detailed with more frames of animation!
Hi. Wow, amazing gameplay! Can you please tell me if this has been recorded from a physical FM Towns, or if it was emulated? I am trying to play this game through an emulator, but I can't hear the songs for some reason. I was just wondering if it might be a common emulation issue.

@@KuronekoGamesOnline Thank you so much for your answer!! I am trying to play this game using UNZ 0.5 L30, but I can't hear the audio tracks, only the sound effects. I asked other people and it looks like it's a common issue, but none of them remember how they solved it since they played this game too long ago. Do you remember by chance if you experienced the same issue, and how did you solve it?

Hi again! I came here to let you know that finally, after a whole year, I was able to fix this problem. Just in case someone else faces this issue too, try to start the emulation process from square one, and follow all of the instructions very carefully. Also, try to use Daemon Tools Lite, because other similar programs I tried didn't work. I did this, and it worked.
