10:10 This is not a weird bug, just an unpolished feature. Probably what happens is that you were analyzing your defenders in the tactic menu so you have selected a filter to only show your defenders. Selecting all positions should solve this "issue".

Exactly, that's what I say in the video, that it's probably because a filter I used on another screen. I would still call it a bug since either the filter is not meant to affect the briefing screen or there should be a filter button like it is on other menu options.
