Just a question about youth training or development, have you noticed any new features? Does youth team also have team dynamics feature? I don’t have Fm18 but about to get one ASAP.

I skipped 17 so for me it was worth it but still, prepare to be FM'd. Gotta say I love the new features though. Man management and injury management has a whole new level of depth now and is more immersive, the players feel a bit more alive. Crosses seem to be fixed in one way but the new glitch is keepers putting near post crosses behind instead of catching them. Another thing I noticed is performance, which is quite a bit worse. I actually cant play on 3D because of poor performance which wasn't an issue with FM16. Those are probably the most important things I noticed.

When you decide to scout a certain league like the premier league for example, will that bring knowledge of every single player in that league? Like down to every little detail of every player?

depends on how long the scout is in that country for. the scout won't get 100% knowledge though

It won't give you a general focus if you choose your own assignments

What difference does it make setting those scouting assignments? Does it help you have more advanced knowledge of for example French Youth Team prospects if you have 3 different scouts going through every tier? Because every regen with 5 star potential already has teams like Man Utd, Man City or PSG on their tail. But my scouts never really provide me with high potential options. I found this very easy to do in FM17 ie searching for regens with good potential. You just had to the player search screen and sort it by potential. Now it's just too hard. I've got to personally go through every team and their hot prospect to stumble upon these youngsters whom these top teams seem to know about magically. Am I missing something or is the only way to know about most youth prospects is through the package option? Side question- the point of setting let's say a Portuguese scout to go scout the La Liga 123 would be to add knowledge of Spain right? If so can that be bypassed by directly hiring a Spanish scout instead? So by that logic if you have scouts with knowledge of top European countries and Brazil and Argentina, you should be able to spot that hidden super regen just like that, right? No need to continually set assignments going through leagues you already have knowledge of?
