Federal Q mechanical siren sounding after repair

After a loosened hex nut is re-tightened
back to normal.
There is a clip prior to this that shows points of activation while not repaired.
This clip shows after repair.

Ain't but one hex nut. The only one once the clutch Cap is removed.
