Love your videos, you are really clear and explain things so well. I've learned so much! What would be different if for instance you needed a conditional value list across 3 tables? For instance, in your example, imagine having more than Apple products so you would need a table to hold the values for each Company name separately to product Category and separately from Product. So, you select Company, then the next field offers only the categories that company makes, after selecting one the next field shows only the products that company makes in that category.

Hi Sunny- Thank you for your FM videos. Very helpful. I have a question. I have successfully completed the conditional value list as you demonstrated. However, I have an issue. How do I only show the "active" items in both the category and then the items value lists. For example, if I have a customer that we no longer do business with I have a field called "Status" and its entered as "active". Some customers are "not active". How do I only show the "active" customers in the first value list? Second, how would I make the second value list to show only the "active" line items based upon the "active" customers value list. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanks a lot for your instructions. I was finally able to create a two-layer conditional value list. However, when I tried to create a three-layer version (i.e. not just "Phone" and "iPhone 9", but "Phone", "iOS", "iPhone 9" and color), the method doesn't work out. May I know if you know how to fix that problem? Great thanks for your help.

Hey Sunny, thank you for your instructional videos - they are amazing! I have a specific question though (and I've read and viewed dozens of tutorials with no answer). I'm trying to develop a process where (for example) Ebay is selected from a dropdown list, and the commission rate is automatically updated (based on the sales price). I hope that makes sense (it's a little tricky to explain).

So far so good. Say the Products all have prices and I want to show them on the order. Having drilled down to the required product, how do you now lookup the price?

You can probably go to your value list, select to display a second field as your price, and sort the value list with that price field.

Hi Sunny, great video .can I make this with more items ? or is there a nother or better way?for example I have atable ( clients ) with a field hospital and a field doctor , I want add more fields.So you will have the fields hospital ( witch hospital ? ) this a name doctor ( witch one ?) also a name treatment ( choice of witch one ? ) this is ZP 1,till ZP 4right of how much treatments ? ) this is 6 ,8 ,7 10 and 12how many weeks for the next treatments ? ) with 6 its 8 weeks, 8 its 6 weeks and so on.Sorry Sunny ,lots of text .I hope that you understand what I mean.

However if the product has more information, such as price, details, vendor etc. if I want to show all products information for each products, like this way order , Customer, Category, Item, price, detail... once again thanks for your help.
