I think the question asked about the site of action of L-type calcium channels in skeletal muscles. The options included T-tubules, ryanodine receptors, SERCA and something else

Not very important! But theory is that coffee contains high level of phenolic compound (chlorogenic acid) is a potent inhibitor of nonheme iron absorption.
