In adenoidectomy ... In question it was mentioned with chronic discharge from ear and mouth breathing child.... Adenoidectomy alone was not an option

Basically, gardenigo syndrome is due to cholestoma invading the petrous nerve thru temporal bone so the ans was “petrositis” Petrositis also known a Gardenigo syndrome

(1) One person score is 800/800 in shift 1 ... average score of that shift is 200 (2) Average score of shift 2 is 300 Normalisation score ---- > 250 .. 200 will be treated as 250 ( shift 1 ) ... 300 will be treated as 250 ( shift 2) .....
