Thanks for letting me know, buddy. I updated the link. It's a link that takes you to the product on Taobao. That's the only place I can find it. It's basically a 3D-printed plastic bar wrapped in grey fabric and comes with a little ARB decal.

Thanks buddy. Great guesses, but I am in Taiwan. The northern tip of this island has some pretty amazing coastal features. But I think this particular terrain is just too hard for this Jeep. I’ve since upgraded the motor and put in some softer foam inserts. I’ll need to wait for low tide to get back there and take on this place again.

@@Angerhaus oh wow, I would never think that it is Taiwan. Just amazing beautiful, my friend. I was several times at Kaohsiung(visited port on Container ship), but I was never at the Northern Taiwan. Thank you for the great efforts on the videos and that you are giving classical FMS models a capability of the FCX platform. That is really an art in which great models the ordinary FMS turns in your skilled hands

I actually have a third FJ Cruiser, I’ve been thinking about how to make this next build unique. You got any recommendations?? I saw someone made a FJ Cruiser pickup, I really like the idea of that but I’m not sure I got the skills to make it happen 😂

I think you did already quite unique truck and there are not much videos with Classic FMS models but so much advanced in regards of performance like you achieved. Visually, your models are also quite scale looking. I just uploaded video with my classic FMS LC80 and I have to say I also like so much how the FMS bodies are looks like.

i have this thunderstorm rc, but i can't find more upgrade part in my country. can i put part from fcx18 or trx4m or something else to my rc?

For the old FMS 1/18 trucks, I mostly use Taobao to get the parts I need. They are extremely hard to find elsewhere. I have links to all the parts I used here in the description. You'll have to get really creative if you want use parts from other platforms. I made a video converting a FJ Cruiser to work with FCX18 transmission and axles, you can find that in my channel. That would be the easiest conversion to do, otherwise nothing is a direct bolt on.

What fms model is this I want the fms fcx 18 lc80 but I love the keep body is it just a body or it’s own mode ?

My body specifically is from the FMS Thunderstorm, radiator grille is from the EazyRC Arizona. This model is also known as Fire Horse and Red Rabbit. It can be converted to FCX18 fairly easily. I made a video converting a FJ Cruiser to FCX18. You can do the same with this Jeep.
