Ive never pay attentioned to these and still won the prem and CL with RTG teams from League Two every FM year. It’s just overcomplicating things 😂 I’m not spending an extra 10 mins before each game just for that 😂

The data hub is underused because it tells you a lot of nothing. The performance analyst should be creating training program's for the team to do in the run-up to matches, that way you can genuinely target a weakness and actually makes the performance analyst worth having.

I just do this myself - I find it makes the game a lot more hands on. Upcoming opponent is better than us? A whole week of defensive training. Upcoming game we should win easily? Attacking, Possession, Finishing for example

The tactic for example let’s say your opponent is using possession. The best counter to that is genpressing. Since you now know the weakness you can change your trying to get them prepared:

its all BS and will not help you, there is no tip for sure win at all. just for click bates :D You cannot know when the computer will use last sub in 90 min someone who played his first game ever, prob a youngster, who will score against you and make you suffer just out of pure lucky shot, even tho their whole team had one shot at your goal the whole game! You gotta love the FM :)

I am still wondering, is there any difference, when we set the 'set piece menu' on tactic review and in the following weeks training schedule? Are they get set piece routine also if we not set on the weekly schedule? General training consists the weekly schedule isnt it? If we net set the weekly schedule training, they wont get set piece routine??

Well, I use data and I get extra-ordinary results while having hard times playing with my default tactic. So it works.

"Simple" To me it just looks slow, boring and most importantly, unsure. This game (as the game of football is) is extremely random sometimes, so its really not worth spending so much time to prepare a match. Real coaches can do it cause its their full time job
