Krystal has amneia its an illness where her body doesnt produce enough oxygen because it doesn't have enough cells, krystal was tired and the weather wasn't very well that day and Krystal fainted. Technically, Victoria was the first one to react but since she was farther away from her than sulli was it seemed sulli was the first one to stop and help her.
