My theory! In FNaF 1 you play as Mike Schmidt (or Michael Afton) In the first phone call, Phone Guy mentions the bite of '83 In night 2, the notes that "my friend wants to forgive you" and about how it said the player hurt the friend and the writer thought the friend shouldn't forgive the player, I think it might be Cassidy communicating with Michael about CC wanting to forgive him for the prank - the bite of '83 In night 3, the "IT'S ME" suggests it's Golden Freddy (possesed by CC and Cassidy) and the writer says "my friend doesn't want me to help you" "Michael I wanna move on" "SHE won't let me forgive you", which suggests that CC wants to help Mike and forgive him, and move on, but Cassidy DOESN'T want him to Also the missing children secret: Susie appeared on Chica's poster, as she's the soul possesing Chica Fritz appeared next to Foxy's stage, since he's the soul possesing Foxy Jeremy (I think) appeared on Bonnie's poster, since he's the soul possesing Bonnie However we didn't see Freddy (PS: if my theory is correct, I do like the idea that CC wants to forgive Mike but Cassidy won't let him)

I love how the animatronics and the building feel more like a haunted location than the original. With increased hallucinations, messing with the monitors and merry go round, and the animatronics spazing and twitching a lot more A lot of FNaF 1 remakes feel like they don’t have much reason to really exist. Not like, the devs shouldn’t make them, they can make whatever they want. But it never really feels like they improve or change anything. Here this dev honestly did an amazing job with a remake. Definitely upped the creep factor a lot more
