i personally feel this is a fan made thing cause there are elements that seem like someone is just predicting the ending (gregory and vannessa/vany page) which TBH until ruin comes out we dont know 100% what ending is the canon ending

They are timeline. The elements described in one or another are real informations, like the obvious vannessa freeing after beating glitchtrap. It just will not probably happen that way.

Everything you said in this video I agree. People really over exaggerated when it came to this book. People going around saying the book confirms Vanny/Vanessa are the same, Gregory being Human, Crying Child etc. This was not the book purpose. And your explanation on Mike and why he not in the book is what I have been basically been telling people. Although Matpat saying he may not be an Afton did get me a bit interested if that might be true. Overall this book was just a quick guide to all the characters. Revealing things what people should already know. Nothing more. Keep up the good work.

I completely agree, I see people getting mad because Michael isn't in it, which is just probably Scott not wanting to reveal anything about him. And people say the encyclopedia failed because BOn bOn iSn'T iN FunF 3 but anyone can literally see that Bon Bon is definatly not there, it is a mistake but not a big deal at all. They say, OMG it's trash because the ghost form of Crying Child NEVER appeared, like, what is the problem? He did die and that's just showing his form, are they honestly ignoring the really good art to pull up something like that? These are all things a noob that's interested in the lore can understand by watching videos LIKE EVERY FAN OUT THERE THAT DIDN'T HAD THIS BOOK COULD. People are so depressing...

You are playing as the crying child in fnaf 4, sometimes you turn around and see flowers or tubes hinting you are in a hospital, and who needs a hospital? Yep the child who got their head bit off. The Crying Child. So you are literally in the crying child's nightmares of hallucinations. There is also a hint in Nightmare Fredbears lines in ucn where he says "I assure you, I am very real" or this time there is more than illusion to fear" William basically made illusions for his child to fear. Why else would the Crying Child be afraid of animatronics and be so against the idea of being anywhere near one? This can also be proven by Nightmare Freddy's line "I am remade, but not by YOU,..." so yeah you play as the Crying Child. Boom

The nightmares are the nightmares of some who went to Freddy’s before and we didn’t see c.c do and the gameplay of fnaf 1 and 4 are similar plus phone guy’s call is used as ambiance so the nightmares are a combination of Michaels memories of c.c dying and him being a security guard

The Nightmares are his older brother and his friends, but the illusion discs from The Twisted Ones are making him see nightmares

so wait are the animatronics attack patterns canon to the universe of Fnaf cause that map layout would kind of imply they are.If so that means William was experimenting and testing the attack patterns of the animatronics possibly for some reason?

i feel like the reason burntrap and the blob aren't their canon names is because they're not part of a canon ending, and therefore are not canon characters. as seen in ruin, by collecting the scraps of comics from gregory, the one true ending of security breach was revealed to be the princess quest ending where gregory, vanessa, and glamrock freddy's head are seen eating ice cream on top of a hill (the same hill as the "lore keeper" ending of fnaf 6 perhaps?? that's a question for another day though-). but anyway, that's just my thoughts of it and trying to make sense of the book that clearly doesn't make very much sense in the first place..

Yeah, it is weird that Phone Guy isn’t in this book. But then again, that’s not his canon name, right? So it’s a character that we’ve never actually seen, and we don’t have his actual name, we’ve just heard his voice. And like, what do we know about him besides the fact that he died? Even that is something that has a lot of speculation over which animatronic killed him, so they probably wouldn’t want to mention his death because it would confirm who killed him.

I know that it has no lore importance but the one thing that makes me upset is that they called lolbit,mangle and funtime foxy a he/him even if mangles gender is "yes" and lolbit is most likely female or both aswell and i dont think that scott wrote this book because he would make the half of the fandom upset because he reffered them as a he/him even if there are a lot of people that think that they are girls

The book isn’t 100% accurate. I don’t even think Scott made it. It feels more like a fan wrote it since there are many inconsistencies in the text and other stuff as well. (Like the pictures are wrong for some of the characters)

Also (and this is just my theory) but i remember it being said that Micheal would play a big role in the movie, so maybe he didnt have a page bc all would be revealed there instead

This book looks like it sucks tbh. The mixture of low quality pictures, and the amount of SO MANY WRONG COLOURS! allot of the animatronics have the wrong colours or arent coloured in certain spots, example- toy chica. In one of here pics her tob beak is yellow but rendered as if it should've been orange . Def not buying this book.

Not really unfortunately; although they're good, a lot of his videos contridict each other at times, and that's not just because new information is being presented through future games and books. In fact, I've seen reaction videos that point out places where his current timeline contridicts itself from one part to another.

Matpat has been wrong many times, and is still wrong today. Scott rarely does anything to confirm anyone's theories, so MatPat is not the expert he claims himself to be
