Elizabeths spirit did belong to her as the circus baby which she possessed was modelled after her and scrap baby is her soul in her old body from being scooped And puppet charlotte’s soul also belonged to the marionette as henry emily who is saying this message also built and designed the puppet for show and to give gifts to all the kids and also programmed her to be a friend to Charlotte when she was alone which is why the puppet went to charlottes corpse after william afton killed her even tho the rain did indeed short circuit the puppet but still comforted her

Answer why scraptrap didn't melt/burn : Other Animatronics have remnant. Remnant is like oil but for animatronics.Remnant melts at higher Temperatures.the other animatronics Are melting because they have remnant inside them. My theory is that Scraptrap doesn't have remnant inside of him that's why his Body Don't melts.

One detail nobody addresses is that when he talks about most monsters finding peace, it shows Molten Freddy. This could just be a coincidence, but he does address William going to “heck” when he’s on screen. Also, “souls that don’t belong to you” totally matches with Scrap Baby. He could be talking about his daughter or other animatronics finding peace, but he addresses his daughter AFTER this part and we don’t know if any of the other animatronics are possessed from this game. I think he was talking about Molten Freddy when he says this. Also since he said “most” maybe he was also talking about Scrap Baby since it’s still Elizabeth’s soul. So yeah.
