1:18:06 Insomniac here. If I was him, I would start hitting the gym so you can get more fatigued to go to sleep. Stretching does really help as well if your room allows you to. I always play VOD's of you or other calm youtubers I watch as it helps me rest. Get rid of scrolling apps like TikTok just for the sake of not scrolling on it all night and try to turn your brightness down low with a warm light setting. I would say "Well just don't be on it at all!" but it can get pretty lonely and boring sitting in your room staring at the wall with your own thoughts. Consider some good blue light glasses for later night gaming, so you can avoid all that "No screen time 2 hours before bed!" BS people try to say to you. Again, its true that this helps you sleep; not many people wants to do that though. Drink a ton of water and unless you have a condition like ADHD that reverses the effects of stimulants, avoid things with caffeine and sugar. I used to drink a cup of coffee before going to bed as it helped me calm my mind before I sleep, may be something you want to give a go. If time allows, you can make some food for yourself before you sleep although eating food and sleeping immediately after can contribute to weight gain. Make sure to clean your sheets every 2 weeks and keep your bed made, this will make your bed "crave" sleep more. Also, talk to your psychiatrist about medicine treatment (I use Clonidine, sometimes helps). Overall its just a really tough condition to have as it just amps up mental health conditions and can really harm your schooling. It's something that you just have to keep under control and live with unfortunately. I wish anyone luck dealing with it 😭

something that helps me that my therapist recommended is also only using your bed to sleep unless you’re sick, that way your brain associates it with sleep. this also applies to if you’re having trouble sleeping- only stay in bed for about 20 minutes at a time. if you don’t sleep in 20 minutes, get up and go to the couch or a chair to read and wait until you’re tired enough to try and sleep again, that way you don’t just stay anxiously tossing and turning all night. i cover all the clocks in my room and get off my phone as well so that i don’t know how late it’s getting to help stay less anxious. good luck to u!!

​@@Complexicon_of_a_Startist yeah, the only thing all sponsors have in common essentially is the way they pay youtubers. everything depends on the sponsor and content creator. for example I've heard raid shadow legends gets really pissy if you change the script. a lot of food services tend to give more freedom - I figure nothing about them is inherently enticing to the average fnaf video viewer so they trust the youtuber to appeal to their audience. vpns seem to be in a middle ground where they allow skits and whatnot but still have some things said the way they want to. as for choosing promo codes it's pretty rare the content creator gets to do it from what I've seen but idk
