I'm assuming you don't know what armour does when I say this; when you get shot in the body, your screen shakes up; armour resists that. Head armour does the same, but also making it take 2 m4 shots (headshots) instead of 1. -to anyone who doesn't know :)

They are shooting at the head, they're just not aiming at it. When you spray in CS, you have to aim lower to get headshots. It's something you have to get a feel for.

These are not surround headsets but earmuffs to bring their environment and commentary not hear

WTF They're neither sad nor lonely. They're just focused as heck to do as good as they possibly can do. It's all in the mindset. With a ton of spondoolies on the line I would be the same. They got a plan worked out, they've practiced together so they're as good as they possibly can be.

They are controlling the recoil. Once you pass a few bullets the recoil goes up so to counter that, you pull down bit by bit and the bullets will stay in the center of where your crosshair originally was. Get it now?

Its a bit different to other shotters like CoD or Battlefield, but when you fire the recoil goes up, so to hit them you have to fire on the ground... :/
