I'm always excited to find another 'faithful' FND'er 😍 I was writing a blog around faith-related things, and then got FND so have written some things about that this year too. God actually was preparing me to deal with FND before I had a clue it was coming. So much time spent meditating on how God can use suffering for so many reasons...I was literally at a bible study group just before going to A&E, and one of the last things I was saying was about just that. I was feeling so passionate about it and then bam. I've had my down days, for sure, but I genuinely believe that His preparatory work has given me a 'peace that surpasses understanding'. I know this video is old, but wanted to share anyway!

My niece was recently diagnosed with FND. Our family has subscribed to your vlog to understand it more. My niece is trying to find a support group for it. We are from Wisconsin in the US. The only support groups she is finding are in the UK. Do you know of any in the US??? Preferrably on fb??

Yahweh eh? Are you an Yisraelite (or a follower of the people of Yisrael)? I know your path of spirituality and/or religion and/or faith is generally called 'Christian'. It's a bit like calling a species of tree 'Christian' but then there are different branches, and branches off branches, and some branches still to grow etc. I must say that despite your faith being something near central in your life, you don't do it in an obscene or offensive way. I very much appreciate it, thankyou! (I had bad experiences from those whom said they were 'Christians' but did not act as the bible taught, so it's a bit like the emotional version of fingernails and chalkboard interaction!). It makes me want to be nosy, kinda in a mischievous look in your diary without you knowing kinda nosy, about it. I had heard this great quote about religion (note faith and spirituality are different to religion regarding this quote!), and I apologise in advance... 'Religion is like a penis. I don't mind if you have one, but I don't want it shoved down my throat!'. I think it is kinda funny based on my experience, but I understand the potential offence people could feel regarding it. I apologise if it is hurtful to anyone reading it, as that was not my intention. (I don't mind being asked about my spiritual path, but don't want to do a 'but me' kinda comment!).

Hey Hun, Glad things are cool with us, and I can still watch the channel and watch it GROW! Things haven't been too good with me for the last few months. Things have just gone down hill big time. I am going to a pain clinic in March, and still seeking the diagnosis of my gastro stuff by the gastroenterologist! I had a terrible and severe cramping episode early this morning (to the point it was so extreme my intestines went numb at points, and I was considering going to ER! My 'normal' tends to be cramping/spasming to the point my abdomen feels like a bubbling cauldron through thick duvets as well as a jumper, and I don't think of going to ER at that point). It went on so extreme for a while, and at the risk of TMI, it basically turned what would be super hard rock constipation into diarrhoea! That was after having a bowel motion of a large amount of super hard black rock either that night or a few days before. (For a comparison for 'within my normal realm but not every time', I can pass black pumice, but not that super hard black rock stuff!). I am just fed up of having bite marks on my jumpers and flannels (cos I bite down on them to save my teeth crumbling any more, as well as muffling screams!), begging the bowel motion or passing of water to please stop (like where a child's character gets hurt in movies and they beg and plead and snivel and whine), losing consciousness during a toilet visit etc etc. Last night was horrendous!
