You’re awesome! You’re never alone, I use my imagination to take me places functioning people could never dream of! 😁🥳

Great thoughts on friendship Lenny. I’m going through all of this at the moment and have been for over 2 years. But it helps to know I can let go and it’s ok to just have a handful or great people in our lives.

Sometimes I need to re-watch my own videos because I'm going through some of the same problems and doubts again! Thanks for your comment.

Thanks Helen for watching my videos and commenting! Yes FND makes so many things hard. The world can become smaller and wider when you have FND. It becomes smaller because friendships are harder. The world also becomes wider because you connect with new people on the internet!

Hi there, how are your symptoms now? I can't walk far and I can't drive along with daily numerous sensory symptoms. I have no friends now unfortunately and only a couple family members near me. My life is Netflix and KZbin but I try to go out on my good days. I wish my brain would stop glitching but it's not looking like it will. The doctors first said to me, you can get better. Well some symptoms improved but then they would come back again and now I have daily symptoms with major relapses from time to time. Acceptance still eludes me.

Yes brain glitches constantly is so difficult. I found I have to rest even when I'm feeling well, so that I can gradually gradually improve. I still get sensory sensitivity and some other symptoms but I haven't had any walking problems for a year. I'm glad you can get out a little bit but it's so hard to be so unwell all the time x
