Honestly? Bonnie should be Quagmire on account of his relation to (Glamrock) Freddy in SB. Foxy should be Cleveland because he's the gang's fourth member. Cleveland left to pursue his show, and Foxy got replaced by Roxy. This leaves Chica to take Joe's place, and honestly? That role would fit her just fine.
