Doki Doki Literature Club! (DDLC) is a 2017 freeware visual novel developed by American independent game studio Team Salvato for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux. The game was initially distributed through itch.io, and later became available on Steam. The story is told from the perspective of a high school student who reluctantly joins the school's literature club on the insistence of his best friend from his childhood, and is given the option to woo three of its four female members. Doki Doki Literature Club! features a non-traditional plot structure with multiple endings and unlockable cutscenes with each of the main characters. Although the game initially appears to be a lighthearted dating simulator, it is in fact a psychological horror game that extensively breaks the fourth wall.
The game was developed in an estimated two-year period by a team led by Dan Salvato, previously known for his modding work as part of Project M. He told alphys to alert some of the survivors. Cut to the judgements hall, sans won the battle and went to the surface with the remaining survivors. He soon found a bridge. And looked down. Mourning the loss of his beloved brother.

I always feel really bad when laid back and chill characters like Sans, becomes this sad and heartbroken. It has you feel really compassionate for him. He felt really happy for his brother, knowing how much he yearned to see a human in person, just for him to be heartlessly murdered by that same species. The genocide route is just that dark, I'm willing to bet Sans himself wished it were him who was killed instead of Papyrus. This song can easily hit someone's feels especially with the right characters.

He may seem like a tough egg to crack, but hes really just as caring and soft as his brother. I feel I can relate to this emotion more now, as I lost a close family member near my birthday, which was half a year ago, but it still hurts whenever I think of her, and this sort of emotion makes me feel things I've never felt before. It just makes me realise that even the toughest of people have a softer part to them, and that is why I love Sans as a character so much.

Alternate ending: Sans kills the human and takes their soul, and The monsters go free. Sans, still filled with remorse, goes to a bridge and mourns his brothers death. He thinks about jumping, but Sans knows Papyrus would want him to enjoy the future, no matter what. So he swore to himself that he would never let something like that happen again and would stop being lazy, for his brothers sake.

Sans watches from a distance as his brother dies to the human... this.... this was the first time his brother died.... the first genocide route.... sans had fallen to grief at that point but it was then that he decided to get vengeance for his brother... and he failed of course.... but you would know that considering it was your first genocide route partner = ). And of course sans had to become aware of what we did in that timeline after we reset. He just had to figure it out.

@@IceBlueStarCat Wouldnt flowey regain the power IF the overpowering source was ended? example: A monster with more determination then a human would be able to reset, however if said monster died, the human would be granted the power of reset and saving. Frisk, having a soul of determination has more determination then flowey, as flowey is soulless with purely determination. I'm pretty sure if flowey had a soul, he would have more determination then frisk, as seen by omega flowey fight.

custom story: sans was just chilling on the sofa chilling when all of the sudden sans heard papyrus sobbing at the kitchen they checked the security cameras and it showed Chara robbing papyrus' spaghetti's and left a note saying "meet me on the roof papyrus =)" papyrus went upstairs to the roof Chara wasn't there he looked at the edges sans followed him and hid to save his brother incase something happens all of the sudden chara teleported behind him and pushed papyrus off the roof and chara died from sans leaving sans sad and angered sans was too late (bad ending) custom story: sans was just chilling on the sofa chilling when all of the sudden sans heard papyrus sobbing at the kitchen they checked the security cameras and it showed Chara robbing papyrus's spaghetti's and left a note saying "meet me on the roof papyrus =)" papyrus went upstairs to the roof Chara was there papyrus got mad as he saw his spaghetti behind Chara papyrus stomps the ground as he approaches Chara papyrus starts shouting at Chara sans calmed him down Chara said that papyrus' spaghetti's were too good i had to rob it but when i realized there was a camera i left a note papyrus got a little relieved and happy but still a little mad about his spaghetti's so sans decided to buy papyrus a lot of spaghetti (that's one spoiled papyrus if i do say so my self) (good ending) custom story: sans was just chilling on the sofa chilling when all of the sudden sans heard papyrus sobbing at the kitchen they checked the security cameras and it showed Chara robbing papyrus's spaghetti's and left a note saying "meet me on the roof papyrus =)" papyrus went upstairs to the roof his spaghetti was there next to it was sans and Chara laughing at papyrus cause of the prank saying "hah u thought I was ACTUALLY gonna rob your spaghetti" said Chara papyrus got mad took his spaghetti sat on the couch... sans immediately shouted "WOOPIE CUSHION" they both laughed at papyrus again he got mad he went to his room sans "shortcutted" his way behind papyrus and Chara was behind the door sans used airhorn to scare his brother papyrus Chara opened the door and they both laughed again (GET MEGA PRANKED PAPYRUS ending)
