I like v1 much more, v2 just took the lazy route and made everything more choppy, and almost losing what the original had. People should look at faker and my horizon more and take what those do, since they’ve been previously canceled, but still get multiple remakes and remixes to this day, because they never lose sight of what made the og good, it just gets improved on.

something i have always loved about mx is how he fits in the actual SMB game, his running animation is ackward, he jumps high (obviously) and goes trought blocks by destroying them, which you can do in the newer games by grabbing a mushroom that makes 10x times bigger then usual, these kind of things i like them a lot in this mod those things are respected, the instrumental of the song perfectly fits on a NES (ignoring some instruments) MX trys to kill you by stomping the ground which is what bowser does in SMB3 Which is a good detail, honestly its amazing

I have a brief idea for the story before and after this song. BF escapes the clutches of the Wario Apparition by using the flute while running. When he arrives in world 5, he accidentally runs into a pike, which has a familiar head mounted on it. BF turns around too see that he’s in some sort of twisted world of the original Mario game. GF is there this time! But of course, there’s no time to talk. A familiar jump sound fills the air of pitch black and white toothy grins, and a strange entity jumps over the staircase leading to the blood stained flagpole and lands before BF. “Innocence doesn’t get you far.” The entity that closely resembles Mario except taller, more bulky, different clothes colour and pale white skin. He also has a permanently opened gaping maw which is full of darkness and round teeth. BF as usual offers a singing match. The Entity chuckles and goes along with it. After failing to kill off BF and GF using his POW block. A single bit of text appears in the sky, saying…RUN!! However, BF uses the flute one last time and escapes from this twisted world. The entity chuckles too himself. He will be back…

I saw MX from Community Game's video of Mario Madness, that's why I'm on this banger in the first place.This song is by far the best in my opinion because of its intensity, none of the other songs that I know of Don't give off such an intensive vibe as this song. And MX's vocals are amazing, especially at the end when his vocals straight up sound like a guitar.
