Y'know.. The squeaky voice coming from the gigantic killer toy really does remind you that he's just that: a toy, bound to do whatever his "playmate" wants him to. I do hope we get more insight on why he acted the way he did in Poppy Playtime chapter 2.

i believe the reason he acted this way may be because the toy factory essentially created a feral animal that was simply doing what it could to survive it makes sense when you think about how he literally eats you and bleeds to me i feel like the company tried bringing their toys to life in a toy story like situation but realistically created nothing more than animals instead surviving via the consumption of humans as this thing probably has organs since it can bleed
