After watching his mother turn into a abomination, Skid runs away in search of Pump. He finds him, and they run inside Skid’s home to hide out in. But suddenly, a dark liquid breaks into the house, and discovers the two children.

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source[2] rhythm game first released as a demo in 2020 for a game jam.[3] The game is developed by a small group called The Funkin' Crew Inc., with the four founding members being the Newgrounds users Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r. The game shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution and PaRappa the Rapper and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games.[4] The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site whose popularity peaked in the early 2000s.

Danggg the darkness didn't have a reason to but just ripped pump's arm off just to make him suffer is for real cruel the darkness gives 0 shits for it's victims.As long as they're suffering mentally and physically the darkness gets to feed off of the negativity and agony from them to only gain strength
