Presumably you have to use mesh decals in Unreal to use this, as a normal projected decal would just project the entire trimsheet

Some of the most inefficient modeling I have ever seen. Why constantly take 2 to 3 times more steps than are needed? Why make 3D shapes to get simple 2D surfaces that are easy to make? Srart from the out side and inset, inset, inset.... During inset press Ctrl to go into extrude mode. Do not do 20 + box selects when you can do a loop select then Select Menu > Select Loops > Select Loops Inner Region. Dont waste money on buying this. It will take you years to get over the errors being taught.
