ok but when it is going up and right down again (3:50) ,what should they have done, of course I would also finish getting to the other side ~ but else I have to say I am surprised about the japanese people in here, even german people are better at waiting in this situation. do not always be in a rush, I have learned from my parents since I was born because my dad lost his little brother in a car accident when his brother was just 9 years old thats why I was taught properly to wait and check 2-3 times for cars and trains . People only learn after something has happened to them or someone they know.. its better to be a little bit late than dead.

Vielen Dank fürs Schreiben. Ich habe lange Zeit in Deutschland gelebt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum diese Leute dieses Risiko eingehen.
A pedestrian/biker bridge over the railway, would systematicly solve most of the interfering between two kinds of traffic, I recon.----- 鉄道にかかる歩行者用/自転車用の橋があれば、2 種類の交通間の干渉のほとんどが解決されると私は考えています。-----
It’s so funny how even though I don’t understand a sliver of Japanese, I can still get what’s going on. It’s just like Americans who go out of their way to try and “beat the train”. Truly a global issue of safety around the railway.
