Very disgusting service and sales team, they will make you fool infront of someone special to whom you want to give surprise. 1) I ordered multi coloured balloons and those are not blown up. 2) Greeting card is handwritten with very bad hand writing. Not expected such foolish service, ver much disappointing. Please don't even dare to try to order from FNP, and save your image.

First time using this website after watching this add. They delayed the order. And when asked for a refund they refused and closed the complaint and when I called the support as soon as I asked them to cancel the order they hung up on me.

FNP has very bad supply chain logistics, I work at NextGen Healthcare Bangalore and last year my company considered FNP to give gifts to all its employees guess what they delivered after 3 months and they had to send an apology email. Some products were inferior and some looked refurbished. Stay away from this crap.
