Be careful, it will make all enemies run in fear and as dangerous as a chicken on a farm yard.

However, what was not mentioned is that you can also do this with ANY ammo type of the red glare, meaning its actually at its STRONGEST using the HE rockets.

True, I probably should have mentioned that you can use other ammo type. I did cover that as part of other guides but it's a valid observation. Thanks for sharing.

You gotta love just absolutely stupidly broken glitches. Glad I didn't know about this when I played it originally, I'd have gotten bored to tears playing it with this kind of glitch.

I have to agree, the OP glitches can sometimes ruin the experience. I do find it hard but even today manage to play on hard mode and not use any glitches.

That's awesome. I'm not sure if it will help NV run better since the game was coded at a time that did not take advantage of multiple proxessor threads but I might be wrong and it may run much better.

@@TrappedInFallout it runs a little smother almost no difference noticed but the picture quality is almost too good, for example when entering Dr. Mobius‘s laboratory in the forbidden zone all of Mobies’s writings on the walls and floor are so crisp that it just looks like chalk marks here and there instead of his Scientific ramblings.

FYI if you have a fatman in your inventory and some mini nukes you can use that ammo on the detonator and once done you can loss the fatman and still use the ammo

What "hot" button? What was that selection thing with the numbers? I have completed that dlc but didn't know about any of the other stuff...wow. I have the weapon and flares in my inventory. Will try to see what you mean by the "hot" button.

Hot Key button. On console it’s R2, I believe. No clue on PC.

I meant the hot key button that is accessible when playing the game using a controller. It's essentially a quick select menu.

Yes u can providing you have a fatman equipped so u can do ammo switch glitch then equip detonator. =)

R2 (I believe) while you’re in inventory.

It's one of the trigger buttons that shows up as an option when you open your pipboy. Otherwise you never really see it. You access it via the dpad when in game.
