Is it possible to do a video regarding the advantages/disadvantages or differences associated with different left hand placement on the shaft, like what is the benefit of having it further down rather than about halfway up?

You said too keep our left heel flat because you notice guys flatten it anyway. If I stand up and keep my heel in the air when faceoffing and it doesn't flatten when I clamp, is it still ok to have my heel in the air?

There's no benefit to having your heel up, so you're probably better to learn to do it heel down. The key is to make sure you're balanced, and have the ability to drive momentum.

I struggle with my head getting stuck in the turf when punching my right hand and getting down the line. (It varies, so I'm trying to find the inconsistency)Do you think this means I'm punching too vertical and need to direct my force more parallel to the ground or do you think I may not be punching with enough force to overcome the friction of the turf. Obviously I know you'd need to see my clamp to know for sure, but I was just curious to here your thoughts.

It sounds a lot like there is too much weight on your right hand and its driving down into the turf. Instead make sure that right hand is super light on the whistle and drive the ball stop into the ball.

I use an arm lacrosse and it’s light and doesn’t even have a scratch. I’ve been using it for 4 years
