Hey Greg got a question for you at this point I am just having trouble getting faster hands I have a REPS and practice every day but is there any other ways you would recommend to specifically train hand speed at SNG clamps?

SNG is all about your right wrist rotation and your ability to get the important parts of the head to where they need to be. Technique is king

Sng stands for standing neutral grip which is a type of way to take a faceoff

@@ghost-mf8pc Teams might. But SNG is an easier way to beat Poles anyway; I've never gone knee down vs an LSM. Doesn't make sense.
