Can you do a video on at home work outs, and fitness routes to stay in shape? Going over additonal stretches, free body work outs & dumbell lifts. I think this would be perfrect given your expreince in strength and conditioning.

I didn’t know reps straps worked with sng I’ve had them since December last year

Do I need to punch into a pad, or can I just punch the air while using a reps strap?

You can certainly do it without a pad if you have the reps
