Love this album which drew me into Foals initially. It still sounds very unique and has IMHO aged well. The Afrobeat aspects, clean upper register guitar work on the Travis Bean guitar, amazing tasteful bass work all meld together wonderfully. “Spanish Sahara” is my favorite track of the decade.

They are SOO lucky to have a label that gives them complete freedom. My favourite band in my early 20s were picked up and became so mainstream it was hard to like them after that. These guys never lost it they just grew and became absolutely phenomenal.
