Hi, can you please do a tiny experiment for me? (since you already have the "foam machine")..., so, can you tell me what happens if you put the foam (just the foam, without concrete) in the freezer to minus degrees temperature? I want to know if it freezes, if it gets hard, solid....thank you

Why is it that every time someone posts a video on the machine or device they have, everyone seems to think it's a sales ad, or that the poster is the expert on the thing? It's a simple set up in a neat box. Air and soap solution mix and go through a tube to the handheld pipe that is stuffed with SS steel wool, pretty easy once you know.

jijij, me he reído, yo pensaba lo mismo, resulta ser que, 1.) funciona mejor con agua Blanda en el caso del espumante tipo jabón (si es así buscar la dosificación exacta tanto para los PPM o el jabón) 2.) Los materiales deben de ser tipo polvo 0,15 milímetros de espesor esa partículas, 3.) El cemento debe ser de rápido fraguado o usar acelerantes (si es así buscar la dosificación exacta) 4.) El espumante debe de ser vegetal, animal, sintético o combinación entre ellas (si es así buscar la dosificación exacta) 5.) Cuando tengas todos los (Materiales) polvos, debes de buscar el punto exacto del agua, su temperatura, cantidad y niveles de GpG. 6.) al momento de insertar la espuma debes de ver como lo realizas de arriba para abajo, lateral, caudal de ingreso, forma de las aspas, velocidad de rotación. Y así muchas cosas más, y aun no me sale hehehe, I laughed, I thought the same thing, it turns out that, 1.) The sparkling wine must be vegetable, animal, synthetic or a combination of them (if so, look for the exact dosage) 5.) When you have all the (Materials) powders, you must find the exact point of the water, its temperature, quantity and GpG levels. 6.) At the moment of inserting the foam you should see how you do it from top to bottom, side, input flow, shape of the blades, rotation speed. And so many more things

@gazgandalf Yes I noticed that as well. I believe the foaming agent is similar to dish soap. Using a foaming agent like Drexel foam concentrate seems to work better.

Well, after watching many videos with little or no real 'science' or logic behind their experiments that would produce useful information, I just went ahead and tried it. First batch is has set for a couple of days now so no results yet but will post here when I find anything out. Initially though I have discovered that, as one would expect, if you use too much foam the cement will set but the surface takes a long time (three days in) and so far remains crumbly with not much integrity. The same batch (with less foam) seems to have set up well and has lots of bubbles within it, I just used the Dawn dishsoap we had in the house. I could never see how test of foam stability in air would compare to the same when mixed in with the cement. I think I am right, but a few more days will tell. I am going to do a bunch of more testing after this. Cheers

Gerry S I believe the foam bubbles will tend to settle even after being mixed in the cement which is why most recommend using a foaming agent from a professional source.

I am only making thin 1" 'boards" and just broke a chunk off one...no bubble settling on this one. If you are going to a thicker block, you may be right. This weekend I am going to try it...
