I'm unsure if I got this video in my recommendations because I like uniel I like splatoon or I showed interest in foam stars months ago and and a few days ago I bought it up and my phone was listening in on me.

I mean, if nintendo won't do other splatton games, isn't it good that there are other developers trying the concept of the game too? The idea of the game and gameplay is the same, as both came from the same idea, so isn't it fine?

it would be fine if there wasn’t as many similarities between the two, foamstars ripped off of multiple weapons from splatoon, one of their characters is literally just named wave breaker with one letter being changed. Ninjala is somewhat of a Splatoon clone but that game is different enough to be its own thing because it’s at least not copying things like gameplay elements.

Search it up, nintendo said That the 3rd entry was the last of the trilogy not the last game, so splatoon will continue in the future. According to that, if splatoon isnt a dead licence u dont have the right to copy its core gameplay because of ethics, policies, copyright, yada yada...

Because that's what happened to Epic games (Fortnite) took PUBG Sudio (PUBG: Battlegrounds) to court as the had copy that Storm thing in game as well. So I hope Nintendo does. And I also heard the Pal world is copying Pokémon?
