Dear All , Satin badge is a badge design of the royal enfield logo on the tank ( Both Sides), where chrome badge is replaced by a matt steel colored badge . that is known as the satin badge .Design is the same and the logo looks are alos the same , only change is chrome to matt logo. and once MIY order is made it cannot be appended or cancelled.

Sir u think you have never mentioned d price hike by RE on Meteor logically..I know they hiked d price for other categories bike also but since i am a fan of meteor so I'll consider Meteor's price only.. They increased the price for every variant to a maximum amount of 10k.. Is it justified.. they r neither make any change in its features or any cosmetic change..RE seems like increasing d price arbitrarily although d price increase in raw materials is not that much that they r compelled to increase d price unproportionately.. If d price hike continues to be in same track then d day is not too far away when RE finally enlisted d price to 3 lakhs (on road)..

@@FOARvlogs Sir rit nw I'm in a serious fix..I have booked Highness from a dealer located approx 500km away from my locality whereas RE showroom is only 1.5km far from my home..Since I have an immense craze for highness(reliability, features,smoothness n price wise) I have waited till d time BigWing showroom opened in Assam..D good news came to me on 14th June n I immediately booked (first customer booked highness in Assam)d bike with a confirmation from d dealer that d free service could be done in a normal Honda showroom which is again 200km away from my locality at some nominal cost. Now d main topic is ..recently I have seen many posts circulated in different highness group informing various problems associated with highness like rapid front brake pads worn out, Chrome parts get rusted, Shock absorber oil leakage n many which I can't expect from a brand like Honda (even RE is not lagging behind considering d price point)n for a bike which cost near about 2.4 lakhs. Since for such issues I can't directly approach to service centre..do u think still it's advisable for me to go for that bike based on your current experience. I even cancelled two Meteor bikes which was readily available for me without booking n a top spec variant could be available for me within one week if I booked it immediately. I'm still inclined towards Highness but d quality compromise by Honda in many recent cases compelled me to think twice on my decision.. N in RE their price hike annoyed me a lot n I am not a big fan of locked posture in Meteor since d road condition in Assam is not as good as that of u..In highness i could at least have d option to stand on foot pegs when required.. . I'm not a hard rider n my daily commute is less than 12km..Hope you could understand my scenario and help me out through a fruitful feedback..
