Truly awesome speakers with surprising depth when used with a proper high-current amp. Picked my pair up a few years ago as NOS from Music Direct. Haven't considered replacing them and probably never will. Great to see someone else enjoying these speakers also!

Hello. I prefer both Focal Profile and Yamaha. Yamaha if price is right. Apparently in some coutries Yamaha price is close to more capable subs. Yamaha souds really good but it has limits. My movie room is 18m2 and Yamaha doesn't have real power when going below 30hz and playing too loud some demanding electronic tracs I can hear audible port noise if trying to add volume. All depend what one needs from sub. If you want to play really loud with physically noticeable impact then I would suggest some other sub.
